Need help with my 5speed swap

I did my 5 speed swap last week(5th one done)
I bought the clutch kit from Nissan
And bought new master and slave cylinder
Everything is right but my car won't go in gear
When it's on, when it's off all the gears go in
I adjested the clutch pedel to its max.
I bleed it acouple times. I took everything off
4 times to check but does the same thang.

If anyone can help pls.

It starts rolling as if it was still automatic
With the clutch pedal in or out if its in gear it starts moving
But wont let me change gears unless I force it

Oem or aftermarket throw out bearing? I had an issue with an aftermarket very similar to this, it wouldn't completely disengage the clutch. Which seems to be your problem, or is the fork on the pivot properly? Is the fork moving in full range? I'm assuming you change the auto pilot bushing put of the back of the crank, and used a manual one as well?

That's really odd....I wouldn't think internals, it still has to be clutch engagement. Used flywheel? Could be wrong but if its to thin and out of spec I believe it could cause symptoms like this? I'm just throwing out some more ideas. You adjusted the pedal which was my next thought....

Check FSM on the Pedal Adjustment. Some Pedals are supposed to have slight play movement.

My Rx8 had this same issue before and the internals of the trans were melted together.

My Second Rx8 also had this issue and I sold it without bothering to fix it again. I would try a new clutch kit and see what happens
