thanks for the comments
the FD radiatior is still waiting in it's box while I'm away for work. I've already got the stock radiator mounted horizontally so it shouldn't be any more work than making new brackets and re routing hoses. easy. I'm on my second welded diff. 1st one lasted 4 years in 3 shells for probably 75k abusive miles at stock power. Welds broke loose while putting around town and blew a hole in the diff cover. Zero problems from the second one and my buddy daily's his Z31 with a welded diff also.

You do fast work. I really like the new setup, cant wait to see how it performs (I actually have a lot of parts similar to yours, just been too lazy to install/fab)

Yesterday we cooked a gnarly spider
.. .. Went to the yard and grabbed a vg for Taylor .. and saw this awesome sticker .. I has stickarz!! A friend from back home sent me these so I can rep my local forum. .. Today we went to East Coast Performance so Matt could weld up a straight 3" for me. .. Here's where we started. .. .. .. .. .. .. The man at work. .. .. .. I still have some small oil leaks from the greddy sandwich plate and/or oil press. sending unit that need to be addressed along with rewiring my fans. I'm running with a 9.4lb WG spring and the tru-boost off for now and it rips hard. I'll spend some more time driving it as is and get familiar with operating the tru-boost and SAFC before turning it up more. 3/4 throttle in second gear shreds the rear tires between 3 and 4k rpm's

Clutch disengagement issue resolved. Defective ACT HD PP replaced with ACT XD PP and HD clutch fork installed.
Defective PP did this.. Replaced with spare from RB trans so needed 1 hole drilled/tapped. HD clutch fork And Taylor's..

still lovin the car man...once the insurance settlement for my april accident comes in, I intend to get back to work on my z31(so far ive done nothing but clean out the rear). as far as the vg you got for your friend, what was the pricing and condition? i try to research every once and awhile but pulled ones cost mucho $$$ and seem to usually be high mileage...and if you know the inside track on an inexpensive vg33 to pull/buy that would be helpful...

Pics from roadtrip to Greensboro months ago
.. .. Taylor lookin like he needs a helmet to walk.. Heres a play by play from the roadtrip through Memphis to Branson for Z Fest. Copied and pasted from Z31p Stopped along the way. Bumper fail Wind pwns Over heated a few miles before Memphis. Then twice more while limping it to the parents house. Coolant disappears and smoke/vapor pours out of the tail pipe. Well at least I made it home instead of being stuck in bumfuck.
Felpro headgasket fiasco and fucked woodruff key slot was getting more sketch by the minute. Bro hookup landed me an 87na with a good motor and perfect body in primer for $400. Motor swap in progress and shell will be stored for later. Been up all night, about to crash for a few hours then back to work. Big thanks to my old friend Jamie for his help and introducing me to Ty, David, Zach, Adam, and Barry who got me set up with the 87na, trailered it to my house for me, helping push it around and all kinds of other help.
Done. At BZF. On the way back to Memphis we found out that my white 85's temp gauge doesn't work when it puked it's water pump gasket and coolant on the ground 70 miles from home while my dad was driving it. Luckily a dude with a trailer stopped and offered to carry it home for me for $100. While following the trailer, Arkansas roads finally claimed a part of my front bumper, the passenger front corner of the kit is now gone. I can't believe it's taken this many miles for it to happen. I also finally hit wot in 5th and pulled on a new camaro SS, but traffic was too heavy to keep playing. Once home the glitter beast started smoking like a motherfucker. IC and pipes were full of oil. So I picked up a t3 rebuild kit from Turbochargers Inc. this morning. Didn't start working on it until 9pm, been up all night and it's almost done; just in time for us to pack and roll east on I-40 back to NC at sunrise. I'm on vacation but I feel like I need a vacation.. These are now hanging off my antenna. Mom's "Garden Club" got a kick out of that one. Made it home in time to catch my niece play T-ball. Had to cruise by my high school and snap a pic at the gas station across the street where everyone hung out and smoked. In an hour or so I'll see if it runs or blows up. Turbo rebuild done. Spools shit tons sooner. Still smokes a tad, probably still burning off all the PB Blaster. It's progressively smoking less. New motor has lifter tap now :banghead Highway cruising asap. 8) Road trip complete.
