Tried everything. SR20 ignitor getting extremely hot.

I'm stumped. My ignitor is still getting extremely hot when I turn the key to the on position. This is what I have done so far.

1. Pin traced. All the every wire has continuity where it should.
2. Sent the harness back to Yury at WS. They went over the entire harness again. Said everything checks out.
3. Replaced 4 coil packs
4. Replaced coil pack harness
5. Replaced ignitor
6. Replaced ECU

When I use a test light on the 5 pin connector for the ignitor it shows no current and a solid ground in the middle. When I plug the ignitor in I tested the 4 pins on the other side. They all have a signal... Which leads me to believe that all the coilpacks are getting constant signal... causing the ignitor to turn into molten magma. What gives? Im running out of stuff to try. Btw it doesnt get hot if the coil packs arent plugged in.

The car will crank but runs horrible.

Sounds like an ignition switch problem

Ok. Yury from wiring specialties deloomed my entire harness and found no issues. So he sent it back. I don't know what else I can try. I did notice that my harness is worn down in the passenger side wheel well. This is the part of the chassis harness that supplies power to the main harness. Is there any chance the issue could be there? Or maybe even a relay?
