Blitz Bov Spring Question - Zilvia.net Forums | Nissan 240SX (Silvia) and Z (Fairlady) Car Forum

Hey guys, Im running the Blitz DD BOV....Problem is It's not opening, So i opened it up only to find out that had the Hard spring good for 18+PSI.....Now my question is should it still open up if im running 7-14 PSI on the Hard spring(T25 Turbo)? And If yes then I probably have a vacuum source problem...
If it should not open any one have any suggestions for quick fixes cutting a rung off, etc?

one of my friends had the same problem . although im not sure if he had an 18 psi spring but regardless his bov was not opening .

pretty much all he did to fix it was take it all apart and spray with some WD40 , after that it worked fine.
