HID cuts out when I flash high beams

I just recently changed the ballast and the bulb for my low beam lamp but when I flash my stock highbeams the hid cuts out.

Another issue that may be related is that if the car sits for a while the grounding terminal on the battery needs to be adjusted for power to flow back through the car then the faulty hid will turn on as well.

you ever fix this problem?

do you have to loosen the ground to adjust it? or can you just wiggle it?

if you can just wiggle it tighten that shit down

check your grounds make sure that shits tight. check where they connect too.

"I just recently changed the ballast and the bulb for my low beam lamp but when I flash my stock highbeams the hid cuts out."

both low beams or just one side?

This used to happen to me when I had HID's. I believe it was related to the momentary voltage drop the ballasts experience whenever the hi beams are turned on. What I did to partially remedy this issue was install some capacitors in the power wires going to the ballasts. Eventually the ballasts crapped out and I didn't even bother installing another set because it still wasn't 100% fixed.
