Yes, that's right. In order to get to D1, you need to battle it through D1 underground, and its not like you can BUY a license, you need to EARN it. So here is your chance.

When: June 20th, 2009
Where: Stockton 99 Speedway

There is 32 spots open. Registration opens up on June 5th. I am helping spread the word for my friend who is the coordinator but if you need any info, get in contact with him.
