Power steering help

Hello all. I need some help/advice on my power steering.
The steering wheel shakes when making a turn. The whole dash seems to be shaking as well. Been trying to figure out what the problem is.

Rebuilt rack and pump
New energy suspension rack bushings
New tires
And also new high pressure line

Does it do it while you're not moving? If so, it's probably a loose belt or air in the system.

If that's the case, make sure the belt's as tight enough it's not skipping, and make sure the reservoir is full while turning lock to lock with the front jacked just off the ground. (Just grab a tire and give it the pushmepullyou, you don't have to turn the steering wheel all that way all those times)

If it only does it while moving, inspect all suspension bushings, balljoints, struts, upper strut mount bearing assemblies, wheel bearings, etc.

jack it up just a bit, and look for excessive movement by using a prybar between the tires and ground, and between all the linked parts, like the arm and chassis, arm and knuckle, and all the rest. Grab the tire top and bottom, left and right, and shake vigorously. Take the wheel off and do it all again, grab the spring and push/pull hard, turn it from each wheel while touching the top of the coil to try to feel any grinding in the upper bearing.

I checked earlier today.
Tightened the pre load a bit on the rack.
The ball joints and tie rods are tight.
The wheels were tight when doing the top and bottom/ side to side movements

Is it like a skip when turning like the power steering is cutting in and out quickly?

Edit: also any whining or unusual noises? In my cases with power steering pumps i gotten so much bad ones out of the box i just pull them at junkyards now in my other cars.

WHAT the fuck do you think that means?

Lift the front of the car, and purge the air.

I lifted the car up and was turning the wheel lock to lock. The steering wheel would shake when it you turn it from straight to a quarter of turn and would stop shaking once when it?s past the quarter turn

Yeah, keep doing that. Do it from one side to strait like 20x, then the other side the same, then lock to lock. Check the reservoir from time to time. If it goes down or foams, fill it and/or kill it until the bubbles go down, then start again.

I did exactly that and no more shaking of the wheel. Took it out for a spin around the block and no more shaking in the wheel. Thank you
