So I know that I need to get the clutch line because the rhd clip has a different setup, so what I need to know is can I use the brake pedal and clutch pedal and can I use the master and clutch slave from the rhd clip oh my USDM s13. I plan on using a steel braided clutch Line

The only difference on the master cylinder is the fittings on the other side, which if you are running hardlines, will be a pain in the ass to bend around. Clutch line is the same deal. Since you are using the clutch line, that shouldnt be a problem. Either way you can use them. Pedals from rhd I know are not interchangable from usdm to rhd, since the steering column is ran between em.
