I didnt think my S13 seats were that bad until I sat in the S14 seats in my new car, it was like night and day.

thats surprising, s14 seats look almost the same as the seats in my civic, and i HATED those, they didnt hold me in at all. my s13 seats are pretty cozy.

is that shifter actually gears 1-5/6 and reverse? or just up/down?

that is cool.
would be really awesome if you could remove the shifter from the steering wheel and put it down by your right hand. or be jdm and put it on the left side and make like a wood "center counsol".

No, it's just up/down. It's the Driving Force Pro wheel made for GT4. There's a newer one for GT5, but I haven't bought it yet because GT5 isn't out yet. The new one does have actual gears and a clutch. The shifter is separate and I'll be mounting it on the side where the center console would be.

Hmmmmm. I have a S14 seat laying around now, and a Momo Start bucket seat. I might have to get crafty this week.

The S13 seat is horrible.

At least spare you old man some back problems and get him a much more comfortable S14 seat.

The 13 seat is a kidney killer. At least mine was.

bucket seats are awesome for people with bad backs. after about an hour in a regualr seat my back goes nuts, so I would just go sit out in my car and write papers or whatever, now I just go in my room though since its not in the car currently..

Yah, on long trips I cramp up in my s13 seats. I may upgrade someday. Or maybe I'll just man up and deal with it.
