When: May 12th, I will annouce opening time when I find out

Where:Seymour Johnson AFB in Goldsboro,NC

What:SJAFB Annual airshow. Featuring our own F-15E Demo team and the Blue Angels. Last year there were all types of aircraft there, Navy, AF, Army, Marines. I'm positive this is free to get in, but I will check on this to make sure. I had a blast there last time, theres going to be plenty of food and fun for the whole family. I would like for as many of us locals to be able to come to this. It would be a really good atmosphere to meet up,hang out, and watch EOD blow shit up.

I am down. Pending the HunkofShit13 is running. Even then I will take the parents car if need be. Nothing stops me from the Blue Angels!

No, you will be riding with me if your car is not running.
When I decided that an English degree was useless, I went back to college for aircraft maintenance, worked through the fact that 09/11 was a month into my first semester, got my airframe license, then a near death experience and a major drying up of the jobs kept me from my powerplant.
... so yeah, I am into the aeroplanes too

Thats pretty interesting Phil, I've thought about getting my powerplant too. But I'm not sure I want to stay in acft manitenance.

yes big bump on this, we need to figure out when we can meet up. If its just Phil and Alec you guys can come to my place and we can roll in the Titan. If more wind up coming we can meet at the mall and roll over to base together.

I starts at 9, I plan on getting there around 12-1 because the planes start doing their demos at 3.

For those who cant make it at noon but still want to come, the road the mall is on leads to base. So instead of taking a right into the mall if you go straight you will wind up at the gate. Btw It's Berkley Ave.

Mine^^

Dave obviously has a better camera w/ a faster lens as I was not able to capture many photos of the F-22 or Blue Angles...damn kodak easyshare.
