Did you read any of the answers given by people? I for one know I've answered this question multiple times for those having issue with vacuum routing.
What specific lines do you need help with? Do you have the charcoal still? A BOV? Factory or aftermarket piping?

here are some pics, heres what i got going on:
aftermarket front mount intercooler kit, with bov, aftermarket FPR, i dont believe i have the charcoal (not sure where it was originally) i need to know where to route the lines from under the throttle body, it seems like there are 3 fittings or pipes under the TB and what goes to the wastegate, bov, fpr and whatever else to get it to run smooth |

Alright, the large pipe is for your IACV. The two smaller ones are your vacuum sources for the BOV/boost gauge/sensor/controller etc. There is one on the side of the intake manifold that goes to your factory FPR. Your wastegate does not need to see vacuum, only boost pressure to function properly, however it won't hurt anything to have it hooked up to a vacuum source.

Your wastegate can come right off the turbo or hotpipe of you have the provision for it. There are also two nipples on the very bottom of your throttlebody that are boost only sources you can use for the wastegate only. Everything else is universally vacuum sourced. Doesn't matter how you hook them up, tee'd into multiple or not. Keep your FPR by itself or tee'd to a gauge only. Everything else can go off the bottom two lines you showed I the pictures.

Everyone has them on the S14/S15... The two at the TB are not vacuum sources, they are boost only. The ones that protrude out further are your vac/boost sources... Use one of the boost only sources for your wastegate, plug the other. Then use the other two for everything I've mentioned earlier in this thread. It's not that complicated, stop reading into it so much.

No need to apologize dude. I understand the need/want/priorities of having a running car. You really should get a copy of the FSM and read it. It is extremely helpful and useful. If you have any other questions let me know.
