Kouki 5 speed swap throwing codes

Okay so I swapped my 98' 240 to 5 speed about six months ago, at the time it was throwing these codes since it had a 96' ECU in it:

P0705 - Park Neutral Position switch
P0446 - Evaporative emission control system vent control circuit fault
P0335 - Crankshaft position sensor
P0325 - Knock sensor circuit malfunction
P0136 - Heated oxygen sensor - bank 1 sensor 2 circuit fault
-P2271 - Secondary heated oxygen sensor - bank 1 sensor 2 stuck rich
-P2270 - Secondary heated oxygen sensor - bank 1 sensor 2 stuck lean

(last two are under P0136)

Now I just put a 97' manual ECU in it and it is down to these codes:

P0325 Knock Sensor circuit bank 1 or single cylinder
P0335 Crankshaft position sensor circuit
P0141 Heated oxygen sensor - bank 1 sensor 2 heater circuit malfunction

Where should I start?? I know the crankshaft sensor codes is there because I have an s13 tranny in my car so it is missing that. I've heard I can just plug one in and zip tie it somewhere under the car though, is that true?

But as for the others... it wasn't throwing any of those before the swap.

Help please? I have to pass emissions in 10 days...

you need the CPS there to clear the code
you can either swap to an S14 trans or install the sensor in the s13 trans bellhouse
research if you opt to do the later (hint: I've done it before)

did you swap to the s14 speed sensor?
(is your speedo off by a factor of 2?)

take care of the that first and see if the other two codes are perhaps symptoms of the first

btw, it'll take some time before the codes clear
I resolved the issues and reset the ECU but the light came right back on right away
then suddenly, a couple of weeks later, the light went off and been that way since

Yeah I am looking into getting an s14 tranny, but if I don't find one in time I've heard from some people that you can just plug in a CAS and zip tie it somewhere to clear that code?

And also I have an S14 speed sensor in it. Speedo is reading correct.

Should I try the CAS thing anyways? I mean I can probably just return it if it doesn't fix it and then wait for an S14 tranny, right?

And what is with the knock sensor? The car was throwing absolutely no codes before the swap.

No idea what you mean by CAS sensor

if you're referring to the CPS sensor on the transmission
it's a hall effect sensor that reads off the flywheel ring teeth and sends a signal directly to the ECU
I've never heard of it being plugged elsewhere

I measured (guided by the CPS position on the auto trans) and drilled/taped holes
on the S13 bellhouse for the sensor
you need to space it up ~1/4" or else the flywheel will hit it

no idea why you have a knock sensor code

Check your fuse box under the driver foot well

You could be missing a fuse after the swap.Or a fuse might be blown..Use the FSM and route the wire harness, check for connectivity..
