I'm assembling an SR20 that I bought cheap to put into my 1990 240sx. I know that the SOHC Tachometer won't work correctly with the SR20. My question is: Does the speedometer still function correctly? and Can I just swap the Tachometer over from a DOHC cluster? I wasn't sure if the pinning would be any different or not. No HUD, just analog gauges.

Yeah just swap the tach and you should be good.
