both are black and have scratched up paint.
located in huntington beach

one has had the center lower section cut out for fmic clearance
this one does come with turn signals but not side markers
$40 picked up.





the other one is complete, with turn signals and sidemarkers
$80 picked up.



either one can be shipped for an extra $150

Is this scratched up? What is the condition of the black paint? do you have a picture?

I am interested in this as I have an intercooler on my car and would like to get a kouki bumper.
