Cant reach my user cp - Zilvia.net Forums | Nissan 240SX (Silvia) and Z (Fairlady) Car Forum

My screen name is silvia?. When I click my name to access my user cp, it takes me to another users name, silvia. No question mark. My other issue is that no matter what i do i cannot get an avatar/profile pic to work. I'm not dumb I've everything to meet the rules. can a mod help out here.
