rb20 transmission noise?

after swapping the rb20 into my s13 i notice that when i press the clutch pedal all the way, its making some whining noise. when i took the tranny off from the motor the clutch was good, the throw out bearing was in great shape and the fork was good too. i also changed the fluid(75w90), put about 2.2-2.5qrt. i search but i couldn't get a clear answer, some say that the throw out bearing only make noise when not pressing the clutch. so any helps zilvia members?

could be an internal bearing groaning or your may be paranoid, either way hard to tell. replacements are cheap enough

It can still work, you will just get a grinding noise when you put in the clutch, unless its really tweaked then you will loose your clutch all together.

oh and i also notice it was kind of hard to get into 4th and 5th gear, 1st-3rd gear went smooth but when shifting to 4th and 5th you hear a clunk noise so you have to force it in...
