i just recently found out that my pop-ups don't work(after buying a new set) because the relays for them are toast..so in conclusion does anybody know where i can pick up some new ones , and if anyone has , what did they run you?

You've got two sets of pop-ups!  now you're all set for that sweet pop-up tail light conversion. right on!
