What are your plans for the front fenders? If there is any.. Same treatment as the rears?
Good for you sticking with it when it didnt turn out right initially

First: I have minimum access to the car from the 15 December to 15 March so I am going to make some wider side skirts and wider rear valence by the time I can’t work on the car Second: the front wheels are really big so I put tension arms and pull the wheels as much as I could but now it hits the fender loll! So I have to adjust that but I can’t unpull because its going to hit the firewall I am fucked a little at this point, my easier option would be to cut/weld the fire wall or make the whole bumper wider and that is not going to happen, I love my bumper whit the pignose lip Last edited by forgotten; 12-08-2012 at 05:52 PM.. |

Plasticine
Looks good so far Forgot the gas tank hole lol Fiberglass The mold right side is still the mold fiberglass in the mold now this was bad, I was hurry when I did the fiberglass in the mold so I did some steps wrong, I put too much realest agent and didn’t wait for it to dry properly, that made my fiberglass never came dry, it staid wet and soft. so I had the idea, wash them with water, put them back together and put fiberglass resin inside the overfender that way itw will become hard, it worked, happy endings this time lol finaly right side is done side view finition putty both sides had to cut the flare again, the car si 2cm higher on the right side i never saw it and now i'm paying for it weight reduce lolll flare mold flare mold fiberglass a ruff unmolding its gonna fit proprely new flare couple of hours later ass Last edited by forgotten; 07-18-2013 at 05:12 AM.. |

I think around 1000$ for the 4 fenders front and back, depends on how much the final mould cost and how much i pay each piece, i won't do the production by my shelf. I am goin to explain in time!
