Leaky Injector

How would one go abouts repairing a small penitration hole in the front left side of the car. It is about 2 cm long and doesn't look like it will crack any further, it just happened when I ran into the garage coming home one night. <img src="#/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'>
