RB25 S14 Progress
I've had this car for a few years and ran it for about a year with the E-Bay manifold and a Holset turbo. I did a lot of research into the aftermarket manifolds like 6-Boost, Full Race, LoveFab, and others and I decided that we could make our own. A friend owns a shop and we decided that we'd give it a shot. We're making a kig off of my manifold so we will be able to make more if anyone is interested once mine is finished and tested. So far I am very impressed with the outcome and am excited to see the end product and it's performance. Check out some pics of our progress so far......
Some pics of the car and set up before the new manifold. |

clean clean build. car looks great. but i would run a catch can set up or run your crank case vent into your downpipe. that breather will hold oil eventually and you dont want your shit to catch on fire.

I wish I could take credit for the actual fab work. It's my buddies shop and one of his guys is the one doing the work. We all worked together to design it and make sure everything fits/works together but his employee is the one actually doing the work. We made a jig along with it so if you want one shoot me a PM and we can talk about it.

We haven't talked about it yet, we need to test mine and make sure there are no failure points or hicups in performance then we will figure out a price. We used only the best materials so we have high hopes for it's durability. I should have it on a dyno by next week and see how it performs. If there is any interest in getting one of these shoot me a PM and I will give you my contact info.

What kinda downpipe? did you custom make that too? the RB swap that I did had alot of fitment issues with the DP because of the steering shaft. are you running a flex pipe section around the steering shaft?

Car is done and running, we did a very conservative street tune at 15psi and this thing is an animal!! The sound is amazing, the fitment is perfect, and I couldn't be happier with the quality. It will hopefully see dyno time in the next week or so. My tuner is out of town and I just don't trust myself to do it so we will have to wait. Here's a few more pics, I'll try and get some better ones when I have time and it's nice out.

I talked to the guys today and they'd like to do a limited price break to some of the forum members to get these things out on the market and let you see the quality of the manifold. There will also be down pipes made as well as exhaust systems, let me know if there is any interest from here and I'll see what I can do.
We are working on video and dyno #'s as well. Time has been very limited for us but we will have something soon!! |

Do you have any dyno numbers available to back up? Wastegate flange for a Tail 44mm v-band flange? $1200 is a decent price for a beautiful manifold. Is there a warranty? What about flange options? T3,T4, Single scroll/twin scroll?
I think the best idea would be to make a downpipe that will mate with factory dummy cat/cat. most likely a 2 piece pipe. Options to have the wastegate plumbed back in to the exhaust flow?

Car made it to the dyno finally, first pull on the quick street tune Alex did put down 394WHP and just under 300RWTQ @16PSI. We were both pretty surprised how well it did right off the bat. The boost controller gave us a fight and was way too sensitive to get just right so I may be looking into new options here. Alex worked some magic and got the car to hold pretty steady around 18.5-19psi. With some minor tweaking it put down 435RWHP and I believe 309RWTQ? I'm waiting for Alex to email me the sheet, it may have made more TQ. With some more tweaks I'm positive we would have made more but I ran out of injector. The last run had the injectors at 100% so we shut it down there until I get a new fuel system.
A buddy was there taking pics and video but I need to meet up with him to get them, I'll have them posted soon. |

Couple videos from the dyno, these were all just Alex trying to get the boost control right. I guess my buddy never got any full runs on camera.
