I wasn't able to find any relevant information on google nor this website about my MAF. My question is whether or not I can use a S13 or S14 MAF on my S15 engine or if I have to use a S15 MAF?

You have to use the correct MAF, kouki S14 MAFs are the same as S15.

Correct MAF part number for S14a & S15 is: 22680-69F01

Zenki S14 part number is: 22680-69F00

They have different connectors also, zenki is rectangle, kouki/s15 is oval.

S13 is different and won't work either.
