s14 S14 frame rail rust

Hey guys,

I am currently looking at a 95 240sx LE(canada has 95 LE's) and from what the seller tells me, it has rust in the wheel wheel (a small amount, easy to repair) and I'm not worried about that. Here is exactly what he told me about the frame rail. "needs the driver frame rail" Well from what I gathered from searching, frame rails are really hard to come by new, and these cars are unibody...If the frame rails are integrated into the unibody, is this car junk?. However he does work at a nissan dealership and says he CAN get a new frame rail. This puzzles me.

Since these cars (s14's) aren't the easiest thing to come by in Canada, I'm thinking this is a good buy even if it needs some rust repair. The price on it is pretty decent as well. The paint looks really good, and no dents. 12,000$ in receipts.

I HAVE searched, and I mostly get S13 rust repair threads involving patching the frame rail and wheel wells and finishing it off with POR-15. Information varies with the frame rails.

If you guys can shed any light at all, even if you think this guy is full of it, please do.

Thanks
