Atleast they dident use all APC stuff. They made a few cool cars in PMR.

The Beatles outside was kinda cool, and it was cool that they put a new motor in it, which was kinda neat. Also that Hydrojet or whatever that lil van was, that was kinda cool.

i somewhat agree at what u guys are saying, since the kid already had his own body kit, seat, steering wheel in the car before they choose it, i think there are more unfortunite 240s out there... but to each his own... I'll just wait for the episode to come out.

A nother idea, would be to sell the car after its pimped, I bet people would buy it for alot being it was on tv.. then get another s13 and do what u really want.

but thats weird, I always thought they pimp less fortunate peoples rides......but that overhaulin show comes to mind when they over haul lance arm strongs beater, so I guess they are trying something different now days by pimping fortunate peoples rides.

to be honest i do agree that i like it when they pimp junkers for the people with some big issues and just no money. The vw bus was done awesome and id own that thing and love it. wcc does alot of stupid cheesy ricey crappy things on there, but there is alot of creativity and its usually not done half assed so I can appreciate a job well done even if the car looks like "nuclear anus". i always wanted them to pimp my car, id love every inch of it because it would be on ebay the next week and id be illegally importing a skyline in from canada with the cash and bondo stamping a 240 coupe vin on :-) calling it a day lol. their goals on wcc can make them look bad though. remmeber the guy bitching about it not having a good transmission and a having weak motor? what did they do they filled the car with heavy wheels, battery draining stuff and extra batteries and not so much as an intake filter. if i wasnt gonna touch the motor i wouldnt have put in the part with the kid talkin about it barely getting out of its own way. what about the kid who needed his truck to carry parts in the back for work? they filled the bed with bondo and video games hows he gonna put parts in there now?

I think pimp my ride is an awesome show. I watch it because i enjoy the craftsmanship put into the cars. Even if the end result isnt what you like, you gotta admit those guys are creative and they do really good work. I dream of owning a shop like that one day(after i own a performance shop of course)

the show is called pimp my ride, not race out my car. If you dont want your ride to be pimped then obviously you wouldnt send it out to them. Pick a different car that you dont care about. Something gay, like an MR2 or something. then you can laugh at it when it's done
