just a heads up to you guys, if you have a belly, doing the ab ripper will do you no good. you guys are gonna have to lose the fat to in order to look ripped. you know what that means: cardio.

I did this for a week...and it definitely will make you sore as hell if you push yourself to do it. After that I just lost motivation although I am going to start doing it again and actually stick with it.(easier said than done)

I've never seen the P90X videos but I've seen real Airmen PT and if that's the case, it must not be very good then..................................LOL, just a joke.

Since nobody has put up any pics yet i guess i'll put myself out there. Starting to lose the lard.
Here's just before I started. Started looking like a fucking soccer dad n shit so I decided to do the program for real. Here is about day 30. Here is about day 50. Starting to see some real results i think. Definitely much stronger. Up to 10 full chinups a set as opposed to 5 half-ass chinups when i started. My balance and flexibility is also much better. Probably be doing better if I could quit smoking completely! Trying to eat healthy is rough too. Don't make fun of my man boobs too much HA! |

seeing some results from day 30 to day 50, but it looks like the love handles are hard to lose. why does the fat in the stomach area have to be so hard to tone. haha. thats the problem with most people who try to start working out.. they either can't start when they say or give up after 2wks |

Yea I definitely won't be done at day 90. I've taken more "rest" days than you're supposed to. I'm just starting week 7 now so that day 50 might be like day 40 of the program. I figure as long as I stick with it I'll get there eventually. I'm doing the lean program right now. Just want to get stronger and lose most of the fat. Started around 205 and am down to 185. I better be ripped by next summer or I'll be real disappointed.

I only did the 1st 21 days doing the "intense" session using 40lb. weights (all my roommate and I had, but I workout alot anyways). I dropped from 195lb. to 185lb. and had a full 6pack just in time for the Spring Break. I really wanna be able to finish it, but my friend had to take it back, lol. It worked real well, but I noticed some strength loss when I got back into the gym to my regular workouts, and it only took about a week to get that strength back. Right now I'm 6'2, about 185-187 w/maybe a 10-11% of body fat.
Try the workout, you'll love it. Even the Yoga, lol. I was already flexible, but months later I'm still ridiculously flexible. I've got some before pics, but I never took some after. I'll look for 'em when I get off of work |
