After about a year or so you won't even notice the vibration.

did they soften or did you get used to it?

I drove on the project nissan mounts, which are the same style.

for the short time I had them... they were very stiff, but at the time I didnt care.

once the car is back on the road and running... I might try something different.

What about a solid tranny mount like this.

Should I use something like this, or should i get the second one which is like a poly bushing mount.

I want to get the tranny mount first, then I am going to get the motor mounts, only because of money reasons thats all...

I recommend the Avid Racing SR Motor Mounts.
And you can select the density of the Urethane.

Let me know if i can help you with a set
Thanks,
Robert

I guess I am kinda jsut asking for an opinion. I want to put more power to the rear wheels and the only way I can accomplish that is to keep the motor in place better.

So would it be better to go with a solid tranny mount and some urethane motor mounts!?

I jsut dont want to have a girl in my car and have her say WTF is wrong with ur car.. thats all lol. But still be able to do work

Dont get the billet tranny mounts...youll fucking regret it. The peak one should be good to go. Stay away from Nismo mounts, after awhile, they start feeling like stock.

Just to clarify shit, I had my Nismo Mounts for almost 4 years, they started feeling sloppy. Upgraded to Cusco mounts, gave my old nismo to a buddy of mine, did not feel much different to his old beaten stock ones. They are firmer when you first get them, but I think the difference you feel is more due to you not having your old busted up ones.

installed the JGS polyurethane motor and tranny mounts on my car a couple months ago, very pleased thus far. Throttle response is great and the vibrations aren't too bad. Just gotta tighten up everything to eliminate the last few rattles lol. And $165 for MM/TM works for me!
