1998 S14 IAT Problem

So I got a 1998 S14 about a month ago. I am currently trying to get it through inspection but it is failing because of a P0325 Code (knock sensor) and P0110 which is the IAT sensor. Looking under the hood the IAT is obviously unplugged and hanging but............I can't find where it plugs in to? There is another loose plug on the engine harness in the vicinity but they don't match up. Do I have mismatched parts? Is the Harness side IAT connector missing? As a last resort , is there anyway to force clear these codes so I can pass inspection? Seems kinda silly since they are not emissions related systems they are an auto fail.
