s13 silvia headlight question
ok so every post that i have found says that the silvia headlights are direct plug in but it doesnt actually seem that way.
first of all i have dual projectors and both bulbs go into one single connector (3 prong one) which does plug into the factory harness, my low beams work but my highs do not. second, i have no connector the fits onto the inner light of the housing or the corners (which have 2) either, only other thing that works for me are the turn signals can anyone show me some pictures and explain what is supposed to be done thanks |

Yep, I have the triple projectors, but it's the same set up, just plug in and bam, make sure your high beam fuses/relays are working, make sure your bulbs are good, the inner lights you're talking about, are they the ones closest to the grill? Those are fog lamps and would have to be wired in yourself, if you have an S13 with power options then your car is pre-wired for factory fog lamps all you need to do is find the fog lamp wiring harness connector behind you gauge cluster trim and get a switch, then under the hood in your relay box by the air filter and put in a relay, then you'll have to go to the passenger side of your car by the battery and there will be a 2pin connector depending on the year of your car it will be different, 89 and 90 have a black small square connector and 91 to 94 have a gray rounded connector, these connectors are found next to your battery on the frame taped to the big wire loom, it will be in the comer front right under the hood, you'll have to run wires from there to the foglamps....I have a video on YouTube showing what I'm talking about let me find the link
Here ya go YouTube - Broadcast Yourself. It's the YouTube mobile version (I'm on my iPhone) but if this link doesnt work look up S13 240sx Silvia conversion fog light switch, the user name is armstec Let me know if this helps or if you have any questions |

Oh sorry forgot, for your corner lights you will need the parking lights from your front fenders and it should fit perfectly into the clear part of the corner lights, the amber/yellow part of the corner lights are your turn signals, those will have to be wired into your front bumper turn signal lights, very easy, if you have any issues and questions let me know, I can also post a video for you of the specific things you need to know.
