You don't need a boost gauge or a wideband. The stock ecu is good till 25 psi as well as that turbo. Duct tape your maf to your turbo and run no air filter for maximum Jdm HP

honestly, its better to piece your own kit together with qhality parts. that turbo and manifold from cx racing sucks. besides that cx racing intercooler and piping is good. get this log manifold instead cause its stronger.
JGYCustoms.com - 240sx KA24DE(T) Exhaust Manifold and Turbine Outlets as for a good, cheap, turbo go with an older 300zx T3 turbo. theyre good for about 280-300 hp i believe. |

^The problem with those is that they're a 7 bolt turbine, rather than a conventional 5 bolt. This means shenanigans trying to get a downpipe built.
Visit the sohc-t section of ka-t.org and read up a lot. Having done both, I wish I would have just bought an SR to start with. Easier, more reliable, actually revs, and better mpg to boot. |

Don't get upset, I didn't call you stupid or anything, so calm yourself.
So you want a bigger turbo? I've owned a couple as well, and was all set to buy the 7 bolt turbine flange from blaastperformance.com (not sure if they're still around) but ditched it in favor of a traditional t3/t4. My 'read up a lot' comment was directed at the OP. No one should be posting for info about what to do for ka-t -- rather, they should be researching the hell out of everything and making up their own mind before undertaking the project. |

If you have NEVER owned a forced induced vehicle, i highly suggest you boost the ka instead of going out an buying a SR since parts are readily available and you arent stuck without a car for awhile. CX Racing is shit as far as for turbo kits...it would be better for you to piece your own setup together as well as cheaper. Take a trip to KA-T.org - The Home of 1000+ whp/7 sec Turbo KA's and talk to Jordan. Tell him that Demonspeed sent you IMO, since you are a single cam, the part that will cost the most is the mani.

rb injectors will work as well, jgs mani's are bad but they arent the best. Dont waste your money on cxracing garbage. Dont spend time on ebay building your setup either. Do some research on ka-t.org like everyone else is saying. I guarantee youll pick up some good parts on there. Your probably going to be making your own intercooler piping so be prepared for that. And make sure you get it tuned (it will not handle 25 psi stock) Since its probably your fist turbo car and i doubt your going to build the motor, id suggest running 7-9psi max and make sure you have a respectable company tune it for you.
