Heres one diagram ive seen pop up a few times. Have any of you used it before? Pulled this off of supramania.com btw

I have been trying trying to find a solution for a few of my electrical issues, and thought perhaps someone knowledgeable might come across this and be able to help...

I have put together a very easy to read, custom Wiring Diagram for how I wired up my 2JZ s13 240sx (ECU)

Here is a quick explanation:

Ok, to start off, both fuses and the 4-pin Relay were reallocated from the existing passenger side engine bay fuse-box.

I will explain what I used for each item:

30A Fuse - I poked around and found that the factory Nissan 30A "Cond. Fan/Anti Skid" fuse was hot at all times. I have no need for it, so I re-pinned the side which originally powered the fan, with 16 gauge wire, to match the gauge of the 2JZ ECU E10's BATT (pin 33) wire, which would splice into it. I was sure to include wire gauges in my diagram.

4 Pin Relay - I fitted a spare Nissan-Style 4 Pin Relay into an open slot, and re-pinned it with wire gauges to match that of it's corresponding ECU pins. (shown in diagram)

7.5A Fuse - I used the factory Nissan 10A "Eng. Cont" Fuse slot, but changed the Fuse to a 7.5A. (to match supra FSM)

2JZ IK1 Plug has 2 pins required for general start-up and run. Those 2 pins power the IACV ( pin E3 ), and Injectors / Coils / Etc. ( pin F6 ). My understanding is that all they need is a switched 12V source, so I spliced them between my 7.5A fuse, and the Ignition Switch.

Freed Engineering

Ben @ Freed engineering has mad skills at wiring and engine mount brackets. His prices are pretty reasonable as well.

Check them out!

so i was changing out my oil pan to a front sump one and two of the bolts on the lower pan snapped at the head of the bolt!
so what would be the best bet the holes should not be stripped and the bolts are not cross threaded. i have been told to drill them out but i know of easy outs which would be best to do easy out first see if it works?

Depends on what the rear gear is. The 5th gear ratio in r154 is .75. W58 which is the trans in my car has a 5th gear ratio of .78 and with my 180sx vlsd's 4.36 gearing and 205/60/15 tires I turn 3,000 rpm at 70 mph.

well it will be a white face, so i do not have to change them, 7k red line closer to what the 2j is, and has 180 on the speedo, just have to adj it to read in mph, i swapped the faces on my old one and it just did not work right again (tach would not stay with the motor) this way i do not have to change anything
