Ok, this is the last time I going to say this. This is a picture thread, not "THE Picture Thread" so keep your personal cars out of it. It is also not a fucking bitches-with-their-panties-in-a-knot whine fest, so enough with the bullshit bickering. This is why we don't allow comments in the picture thread, because there aren't enough mature individuals who can handle themselves accordingly. Everybody STFU and stick to posting pictures of nice cars. If this senselessness continues, I am left with no other option than...

Those are used on aircraft doors and panels and shit. Taht's where they are from. Very cool, very aerodynamic, and very strong.
But DAMN they are a bitch to open/close. Mostly close. At least the ones that I have operated/observed. Real PITA. Instead of forgetting to latch my hoodpins with those, I would intentionally leave them open b/c i got so frustrated trying to close them right before going out on the track! Fuck that shit. |

Still looks a little chunky and heavy (R34s are chunky muffuckas) but MUCH better.
The front looks wicked heavy b/c of those "Super GT" fenders. But... they are the same style as the JGTC cars, but the JGTC cars are WAY lower, way WAY wider, and the wheels were way way bigger. The JGTC fenders were actually radiused a LOT and although they run 18s, they run a very big sidewall, so the OD of the wheel was much bigger. That made the distance from the top of the wheel to the fender A line much shorter, same with the rear, and made the car look A LOT better and a lot lighter too. |

granted im with you on the fact that they are well made lightweight wheels...but i see more 350z's and r34's with them than i do s14's with Fn01r-c's |
