Aww, whaat? you are the 2nd person to hit me up w/ this regard. That sux man. I was working on getting it. I've actually had this unit bought since oct. 2008! lol. I know I know. Then, I would suggest you try a Good bearing grease. I don't want to call any particular one out, but a good grease should silence the rattle, it sounds to ME like your bearings are warping their placements indentations, or a set ring may be out of place. but This is merely a imagination guess....don't quote me. (unless It turns out to be right, Haa)

4 (rican_nick) -> A good friend of mine HYPERTEK, has the 2/0 version? the thin looking NR/G model on his FC & he has had not a problem since he bought it....try that one?
