i just got the motor running and it seems to be running really rich. my oil smells very strong of gas. when driving car it falls on it face when turbo spools. kinda feels like bad maf but i already checked that and its fine. its got a new walbro 255 and a new fuel filter. timing is set 15 degrees. i need some ideas of what could cause this and things to check/look for before a have to spend anymore money.

check timing with the tps unplugged, and check the tps setup voltage.

sounds like you have a BOOST/Vacuum Leak.
