240sx sr20 swap no start

ok so as the title stats car is a now start, so heres the details i bought a 1989 240sx with a sr20 motor dropped in off some kid that spent like 5000 grand or so on it and never finished it and his parents wanted it gone so i got it for $1200. so back to topic, the wiring harness was never installed on it so that had to be done, got everything hooked up filled it with fluids etc, hoped in the drivers seat and went to crank the key and nothing! Theres power and every but wont crank over. Fuel pump primed up and no relays clicked when the key got turned, shut the key off and there was still power to the windows, started going threw everything, checked and the connecters, checked fuses under the dash and only the left hand side of the fuse panel has power dont have a clue whats up with that, checked relays and fuses under the hood and that was all good and found a alpine security system, pulled it out and still nothing, so im stumped and thought i would turn to you guys, if you have any ideas please feel free to tell me what to check next

you didnt wire up the ignition cable correctly. thats why its not cranking and the relays are supposed to start klicking as soon as you turn the key, its all related to ignition thats for sure, check your wiring again its the black with red stripe wire from body harness and the same colour from engine harness that need to be connected and make sure your motor is grounded i have had many cases where it needed another ground cable to get it going
