tire choice for my z rims on 240

sup all i need rear tires reaally bad. Its been raining in so Florida for the past week and i can no longer drive my car because the rear end kicks out all the time

Anyways i got the 17inch 250z enthusiast rims for cheap 150 with good tires a few months ago...specs are 17x7.5 front and 17x8 in the rear. Sucky part is that i have 225-55-17 all around...on my s14. Tires are pretty big... i was wondering what size tire i should go with front and back..btw im not a stretch fan unless I need to.

i was thinking 235-45-17 for the rear and 225-45-17 for the front or maybe 225-45-17 all around..what do you guys think...I have stance coilovers btw.

my front rubs a little on big dips on the highway so take that into consideration

id be willing to roll my fenders if needed..

last thing is that i just bought 60mm nismo studs so i can run a spacers..

i want the best looking (no sunken battleship)/performing (no rubbing)

what do you think??? yes you.....

i think the sizes you are thinking of is good for your "non stretch"
but dreamn has good sizes too that will fit better if you're slamed

call me ignorant but ive never heard of running a different sidewall front to rear.... wouldnt that make the rear lower than the front... 45 in the front and 40 in the rear?

im thinking of running a 15mm or maybe a 20 spacer all around. i just want it to look somewhat flush but yet not rub. THANKS for your responses

would the original sizes i said rub with a 15mm spacer...225-45-17 s14?

You want to come as close to stock height as possible. If you run a 235/45/17 in the rear it will be to tall. Plenty of cars have different sized sidewall heights when running staggered setups.

The difference in height between the sizes I offered will be less than half an inch. Completely unnoticeable, but it keeps the sizes as close to stock as possible.
