Where does it say tells the person to kill them self? Om1kron did not tell the guy he was going to come over and kill him did he? So again where is your proof that telling someone they should kill themselves is a federal crime?

Also 47 U.S.C. 223 applies to calling someone on the phone. Regardless om1kron is the name the guy was going by so he reviled his name simply by posting.

I think all of you are right but there is a fine line to both sides, ABSOLUTELY nothing wrongwwith die hard drifters, just on forums such as this they do have a point bc it becomes a legal issues and just for their own safe keeping of the forum they try to keep "illegal" activities off.
