Weird that your idle is rough, I have a sr20 with no iacv with a 100mm throttle and its at a steady 900 rpm with the throttle cracked

Interesting; I did open up the throttle body some more and it idles much better now. I haven't wired in my tach still and I think I just had it too low, especially with changing temperatures during season change.
