sr20 overheating problem - possible waterpump?

Get's up to operating temp fairly quickly. Stays around there for a bit, then it gets warm. It starts to heat up notably when at idle. Even when driven normally it gets warm. Odd thing is.. when i drive it hard (hit boost) it lowers the temps. which leads me to believe that the issue is flow related and why im considering its the waterpump. Any and all insight is appreciated

no coolent in oil / vice-versa
