I've been playing violent video games since 8 years old. Started with Wolfenstien 3d and Doom and I have yet to assault anybody (unless attacked or severely provoked) or do sick shit to them.

I've also seen a lot of other kids who have more violent video games now then when I was young and they talk about it a lot, but I haven't heard of any one of them killing or hurting anybody.

Yeah there is an exception, but those are the ones we heard on the news. So out of thousand and thousands of people who play video games, there isn't even a full 1% of those people who do harmful things because of video games.

The articles does not even place blame on the game, and if they are looking at it that way, they sure are not getting that point across. The person was fucked up before he ever played a video game, it may have been a previous experience, or genetics.
