Exclamation rear brakes leaking??

first off i wanna say that i'm searching for the answer as i type this up, just hoping i can find a faster solution because i gotta be at work in the morning..

car is a 1990 coupe w/ no upgraded brakes(stockers), daily driver

I've never had a problem w/ my brakes and i take very good care of my gem..i got in my car after work, pulled out and when i went to hit the brakes i had nothing..they worked just fine on the way into work, but 11 hours later they are mush..when i got home i took the wheel off and saw fluid all over the inside of the wheel..it looked like the fluid was coming out of the boot from the lower caliper mounting bolt(14mm).. i don't want to take off the caliper because i don't have the piston tool, so basically im f*cked unless anyone can narrow down some solutions..any help would be greatly appreciated..and yes I feel like a real noobdouche! thanks in advance guys

Seal probably blew out from around the piston from the location I think you are talking about it leaking from. Make sure it's not from the Hose or connection.

Just get a rebuilt one from your favorite parts store if this is the case.

it wouldnt be leaking outa that boot, that just holds grease for the caliper slider. the only places for fluid to come out are the line, bleeder valve, or the piston seals. my guess would be the piston seal, you can find rebuild kits for the calipers, but its easier just to go to autozone and buy a remanufactured. do not drive the car until you find the issue.

It's not, The slider is right bellow the piston so it leaks all over it.
