taken from MSN.com
"And in what may be his final finished performance, Ledger proved that he wouldn't be intimidated by taking on a character as iconic as Jack Nicholson's Joker. Ledger's version of the "Batman" villain, glimpsed in early teaser trailers, made it clear that his Joker would be more depraved and dark. Curiosity about Ledger's final performance will likely stoke further interest in the summer blockbuster. "Dark Knight" director Christopher Nolan said this month that Ledger's Joker would be wildly different from Nicholson's. "It was a very great challenge for Heath," Nolan said. "He's extremely original, extremely frightening, tremendously edgy. A very young character, a very anarchic presence that taps into a lot of our basic fears and panic." Ledger told The New York Times in a November interview that he "stressed out a little too much" during the Dylan film and had trouble sleeping while portraying the Joker, whom he called a "psychopathic, mass-murdering, schizophrenic clown with zero empathy." "Last week I probably slept an average of two hours a night," Ledger told the newspaper. "I couldn't stop thinking. My body was exhausted, and my mind was still going." He said he took two Ambien pills, which worked for only an hour, the paper said."

Autopsy results are inconclusive so far according to the news on MSN.com
Sleeping pills were found by him and its possibly an accidental overdose. I think the movie studio had him off-ed to guarantee the Dark Knight movie gets insane revenue. |

RIP. Such a loss... He was one of the few young actors around these days who actually, I think, had genuine raw talent.
Sounds like it's still unknown if it was accidental or a suicide.

That is entirely fucked up.
Those people are not truly Christians for saying some retarded shit like that. He was a great talent, and if Hollywood doesn't recognize the great loss, than I have no faith in it at all anymore. From what I heard, he had been having a lot of trouble sleeping, and he was taking prescription sleeping pills and OTC pills too. The last days that people saw him, he was in a bad shape, saying he couldn't get his mind to slow down enough for him to go to sleep. He was taking a lot of them because he was saying they weren't working. I think he was just tired as hell, and his body couldn't process the heavy dosages. I really feel bad for him, and for his daughter. But, she's gonna get all that money he would have made for The Dark Knight. Still won't make up for not having a daddy. My condolences go out to all. |

*except when is deemed necessary and convenient* apparently there is fine print I never saw before... Blah, I hope he didn't kill himself. Heath was the shit. If anyone wants to see a bad ass movie with him in it, when he was still just an actor in Australia... rent "Two Hands" it's gooooood. |

Hey, ppl with Photoshop.... Can someone make me a really bad ass wallpaper of Heath Ledger? It doesn't necessarily have to be Joker pics, I just want something on my desktop. I'm really, genuinely sad about him.

there's an old video about that church where there was a "spokeswomen" from the church who was interviewed on CNN where they picketed a Homosexual Marine's funeral, the reporter called her out on all her bullshit, one of them being that 90% of the members are all family members...and that they infact practice inbreeding to keep their church "pure"

What disturbs me is the comments that people in his life have made about how he was up until his death. They knew he wasn't sleeping, they knew he was taking a lot of sleeping pills. He was also heard saying that he took 2 Ambiens (prescription sleeping pills) together, which only worked for an hour. He had also separated from his girlfriend, which would take a toll on the best of us. It disturbs me so because if they all knew what he was going through, why didn't anyone think to help him before it was too late. I watched the trailer again today, and man, what a loss. I honestly think he surpassed Jack Nicholson's portrayal of the Joker, only because Jack had more of a mobster-type feel, while Heath took it to a wholly darker, edgier, demonic place. |

Matthew 7:1 "Do not judge, or you too will be judged." and Luke 6:37 "Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven." They obviously missed these parts. |

I like how people get sad about famous people dying and make a big fuss
about it, when "normal" people die by the minute, and they could care less. Just my observation about people. Though I do find his death saddening, he's just one of hundreds that died that day, yet you don't hear about them... at all. |

We hear about famous people..because it makes news. I like how in that flyer it says God hates....umm.. I'm not highly religious, but I distinctly remember that not being how God is supposed to handle his business...although he does "Work in mysterious ways...." Might have to go mess around on their website later.

WTF does this mean....?
"A UK paper quotes Jack Nicholson as saying simply, cryptically, "I told him so." Just saw it on the news....

it was probably an accident. he probably just mixed the wrong shit together trying to get a good night's sleep. hell the people who make most of the pills out today dont know all of the side effects, nevermind when you mix them.
