Good Sacramento shop
I am wondering if anyone knows a good shop around sacramento area that would be able to install a S-15 (engine tranny driveshaft and diff) setup on a 98. Also if anyone is interested in a 98 ka with auto tranny driveshaft and diff about 73000mi.

i have motorsports dynamics doing my tranny swap. if you don't get the parts from them you will be charged labor of 75 an hour(i think. still don't like the work they did on my last car. but they seem more than qualified for this application i suppose)

I recommend going to Evolution Motorsports. This is where I go to get my swap and stuff done on my car. Call them at (916)391-3060. You can either speak to Jack or Bau. They have already done an S15 swap to a S13 hatch. It should be no problem for them to put that on an S14. Evolution also is the home of the AE86 Corolla with the S14 SR20.

The post was mainly to see if anyone would be interested to buy the engine and stuff later (6-7 months) I have to go wander around Iraq for a while but look for a post in about that time frame. I am still trying to find out what the going price is for an engine though.
