Calling all power steering gurus!

Calling all power steering Gurus. I had to try and bleed my pump without the car running because when I would start it, the reservoir would overflow like a volcano after a minute. I am using a mishimoto style power steering reservoir. Rack is off a S12 and engine is a SR20 stock pump. At idle it sounds like the pump is decapitating. The power steering works though, although it is a bit jumpy. My high pressure line eventually just blew off and I had bakers remake it for me.

Seeking guidance here, I am clueless. My dad suggests I take apart everything and clean it just incase debri is caught somewhere.

My theory is that the -10 feed hose that the fitting hooks into and is too small not sucking up enough power steering.
