KA KA24DE Engine Rebuilt Kit?

So i picked up a 240 fb not too long ago..stock KA24DE.
Its not in the greatest of conditions. Only has about 120k miles on it but apparently the original owner didn't drive it much..which is why i have it now.
The engine is just dirty and could use a 'refresh' so i've been thinking about getting a rebuild kit.

anybody have any experience with rebuild kits and suggestions where i should get one?
preferably, i'd like to get a rebuild kit that'll add a little power also. i plan on using this car as a daily driver so i'm not looking to put a fat turbo and take it to the track..if u get where im coming from. just figured if i'm going to put new parts in it, might as well try to get a little extra kick out of it, right?

frsport.com a staple in being 240sx owner you find a whole gasket kit for a good price and some pistons and rods not for a bad price but if you plan on staying NA for now just put some new valves and new rings and get the head and bottom end all freshened up and do the timing chain and do that leaky oil pan while your down there.

I am planning on keeping it NA.

How much does a rebuild/refresh normally cost, average?
How long does it take to do?
Im a noob when it comes to mechanical stuff so i'll probably pay someone to install/replace everything..
