Does that catch can fill up with oil? I'd try changing your dip stick O ring first, might get lucky and it might just be loose as shit.

You dont open it, see the clear tube on the side of it? That shows how full the damn catch can is. If its all black, then thats oil in there. Take the whole thing out, dump the oil out and put it back in. Keep an eye on it and see how soon before you start filling that can up with oil.

No, that means you have excessive blow by and you need to start saving your pennies for another engine or bottom end.

Mike, not necessarily. He is running a catch can between the T and the intake tract. From the looks of it, its not full...yet.

ok awesome now change spark plugs bkr7e

and run seafoam threw the whole intake system get all that oil crap out

and clean the piss out of the intercooler pipes

front mount etc

then just run a dump tank don't bother running the line back to the suction pipe unless you want to repeat the previous steps plug the suction pipe hole for the catch can and be done with it

This thread went WAY off!

Dude, change the damned o-ring!

If that doesn't make it pop in as tight as it should go, then put your dipstick in until it's fully seated. Once seated, squeeze the top of it gently (the lip on the stick, NOT the feed tube!) with a pair of needle nose pliers until there is more resistance required to pull it out. Easy peasy.

Used to happen to me (and others) back in the day... in both my 180SX and my GT-R.

As far as your hesitation goes, it has NOTHING to do w/the dipstick issue- put fresh #6 plugs in there (since stock SR setup), clean the air filter element and never EVER use octane booster... and you will probably not have hesitation anymore. If you do after that, check for boost/vac leaks.

Also, please take an English class.

You need a lesson in video making, i tried to follow that shaky, messed up ar video, then i get lost because it look like that catch can goes to the power steering pump, posted after 3 views. I see the oem routing that ok and you probably have oil in the intake from that but...I'm lost on what the video was supposed to show.
