when installing the guage up to the manifold O2 sensor, do i use the white wire(versus the black and red)? I heard you can hook it into the ECU...how do i know which wire to splice it into?

if it's not wideband it won't work.

Use the o2 hot wire going into the ecu. The ecu pinout can be found at http://sr20det.nismo.org/srtech.htm

i agree with yoshi.....it is a useless piece of garbage unless you own a wide band o2 sensor...with out it it is only an instrument to amaze your stoned ass friends...but i think a bosche wide band can be obtained for about 50-60...
