Check out how low you can mount the engine...not to mention how close you can mount it to the center of the chassis.
HELL I LIKE IT In the quest for progress...hold nothing sacred! I'd love to see more unthinkable things....like a 2jz in a Cobra |

Looks like a F20A to me. That's the code for the S2000 motor right? Looks pretty tight to me. Build it right and you could be hitting like 12,000rpm off crazy internals and good tuning.

I dont care what motor people swap into their cars, as long as its done right and done tastefully. The S2000 motor is a fantastic motor, anyone who thinks differently is an imbecile.

yeah, a shop near here put the same motor (but with cams and BPU) in an S15 and did an entire series on Option video with it. Turns out, the NA SR that pulled out (with cams and BPU) had a bit more torque but all in all, with the money, work, and time they put into it, they said it was all a waste if compared to a stock SR turbo.
I like wierd engine swaps, thats cool, but no thanks on this one, I rather now go DOWN in power. |

OMFG, amaizing. Never would have thought of that, good idea. Thats almost as good as an Nsx engine in a crx, making it rear wheel drive. But the Sduce is made to be driven at like 7000 rpm at all time. wow!
