cobra wheels s14

Whats up all im looking for a pic ive seen of late 90's cobra wheels on a s14..they are 5 spoke (but not the newer chrome style cobra wheels)

i hear they are kind of heavy but if i dont get these ill be getting enthusiast package 350z 17's....which are also kind of heavy...

im almost sure the fitment would be better with the cobra wheels...i believe they are 17x8.

ive posted this on other forums and it seems Nobody can find a picture...

They fit fine and clear Z32 calipers. The FR500s and Bullitts fit too on OE brakes, with a 5mm spacer they clear Z32s, due to a larger hub section on them. There's plenty of pictures online with various setups.

I, too, am curious about whether or not these wheels will fit over Z32 calipers. There are a lot of styles of these "mustang" wheels, so forgive me if I won't take your word on this, RDM.

I stole these images from silviav8forums.com

quoted from there also "I actually just put Bullit wheels on my s14 yesterday. 17x10.5 +27 in the rear with 275 40 17's and 17x9 +24 in the front with 235 45 17's. They look amazing. I can't tell how flush the fronts actually are, because the car has no motor in it so the front end is like a foot in the air haha. The rear is a bit lower than the red s14 in the post above, and it looks amazing. Its gonna need a roll before i actually drive it, but big deal, nothing hard there.

The fronts definitely clear my z brakes with ease. Everything clears perfectly all around "

You're right. I've never owned a 240SX. I also never had a friend who distributes OE Ford parts and allowed me to test fit a variety of Mustang wheels on my own car with Z32 brakes so that I could let fellow members know. I also didn't then broker a deal to sell another friend a set of FR500s to put on his 240SX with Z32 brakes. I'm a lying piece of shit who browses a web board for seven years just to trip up new kids who ask questions.

The second set above are called Cobra SVTs There was about six different 'Cobra' badged wheels available on the Mustang during it's Cobra years.

98 cobras are in the light for a stock wheel category...17x8 +30mm...actually a good fit on a 240SX but not flush it thats your thing.

Wheels & Tires

the 98's are only $148 new.

I bought them with tires mounted from the above link...they ordered the tires I wanted, mounted and shipped at a pretty nice price. They were only about $120ish or so a couple years ago though.

I am running R33 GTST brakes and KTS(SPL) coilovers as well with no issues
