RB20 W/ RB25 Trans
Cant seem to find a solid answer so i might as well ask here.
I have a rb20 rougly 300 whp , broke the tailshaft off my trans and the yoke on my DS so im going to upgrade. Do i just need the 25 trans and rb25 driveshaft? (I'm working with mckinney motorsports) Everyone is saying ill need a custom DS. Any help would be great |

You're working with McKinney and they don't have the answer? Aren't they the RB swap shop?

McKinney is the absolute last place I would ever go for anything. Various friends, and I have had such horrible experiences with their customer service and products. I have seen so much garbage come out of that place with promises to make it better left unfulfilled.

what chassis is this in??
your going to need to buy a front propshaft section anyway so,, your best bet is to just fit the gearbox and see if the front section will work with your current rear section. if not then go get a custom front section made up. its best to keep a 2 piece prop and not go for a solid 1 piece. but take both sections to the propshaft place so they can balance them together. |
