I don't see how ANYONE can think that Tony is at fault here... If your going down the highway and someone runs onto oncoming traffic from the side of the road and you happen to be the lucky one to hit him, are you at fault?

I'm pretty sure they tell drivers in the driver meeting not to get out of their cars after a wreck and to wait for track officials. I mean, our cheap local drift tracks have that simple rule.

.........And THAT's the problem I have with the current media. The DA NEVER posted any charges, so a court case and all the other "cases" is absolutely null and void. You need to do your due dilligence nowadays to confirm where an article gets its story. Where did you read this article anywho??

And this brings another issue: People have NO minds to think for themselves and just follow what the media is publishing (which is about 90% sensationalized stories that lack true journalism and valid sources!).

Here is a video of the "Grand Prix Priest" aka Class A fucking Idiot, Neil Horan....

He runs out in the middle of the track during the F1 Silverstone race...

The purpose of this video is to show why I believe, IMO, Tony Stewart (who has quite the record of being a rebel and I personally don't like Tony Stewart) is innocent.

Notice how the second set 4 of cars reacted "late" before realizing that there's a dumbshit running on the track in the opposite direction. The concentration, the anticipation, the constant evaluation of information that your mind have to process while racing under stressful conditions (consistently high speeds, constant turns, lack of driver aids, night time, weather etc) is very high. As you can see, the second set of 4 cars reacted considerably late, because of these stressful/conditioned situations and keep in mind this is in broad daylight, sun shining high and bright (not at night, on a dirt track, direct drive cars which would potentially make things much more stressful). When your heavily concentrating on controlling a high powered machine, while trying to defend off other competitors, follow a conditioned racing line, drafting opponents etc...NO DRIVER would not expect another driver, person, human, animal or anything marching towards you, standing in the middle of the track, or (in this case) some religious fucktard wearing a skirt holding a sign that says "The End of Days Is COMING!!!"

This is indeed very tragic, but Kevin Ward Jr. made a brutal mistake of stepping out his car, and running out in the middle of the track. It was completely night outside, KW Jr. had on all black racing gear, and not to mention KW JR. intentionally running towards and pointing out Tony, was just absurd. Before Tony hits him, the car that was in front Tony you can see attempted and successfully made a last minute correction to avoid KW Jr.

When I first saw this video I was in shock... let's hope Ward rests in peace. I really feel for his family. It's tough for them I'm sure not to read or hear about the negative comments made about their son online. There is no question that Ward made a mistake, but was he trying to commit suicide... I don't know. I have no idea either if Stewart was trying to threaten him with his car or he just didn't see him at all or couldn't get out of the way in time.

All I can think of to say is that Wards family is in my prayers.
