Break light help!
Alright, the problem is that my tail lights stay on all the time.the rubber stopper fell apart that contacts the sensor.So my question is how do you drop the steering column so I'll have clearance to cover the hole up.Tried messing with it for a couple hours and got no where please help!

why are you breaking lights?
just kiddinggg.... to fix your "brake" light problem. take a penny and some glue or tape. put it right over that hole. DONE. thats what i did, magic.

Wow you are too down for no reason...
You are really going to take it out and weld it? Penny trick might be a rig, but it works JUST fine and no one is going to see it lolol

lol thats exactly what I did... i couldnt get my fat hand in there to do it semi right but pennie with some tape and did the job.... ive had it like that for like almost 2 years with no issues. I think I used a stick or something to get it up there. Very simple fix bro

if your hand is too fat to reach the brake switch plunger area, you need to give up the burgers -.-
I'm 6'3" and 195 and my freakin' arm fits up there...my feet are just all up in the back seat. replacement rubber foot is cheap as dirt, btw. Just buy another one from discount auto or w/e. |
